Order, Fit & Care
Ordering:
Size tolerance. Rug sizes may vary hand-knotted by up to +/-5% and hand-tufted by up to +/-2.5%. For wall-to-wall or inset locations please order hand-tufted rather than hand-knotted. As with all natural fibers, slight color variations are possible.
Fitting:
A quality underlay beneath your rug will eradicate slippage and creep, and can reduce wear. Jacaranda offers non-slip rug underlay suitable for rugs laid over hard floors or carpets.

Caring correctly for any rug is the key to it looking beautiful for many years so please click here to see Jacaranda’s advice in full and instructions for dealing with accidents and spills. Vacuum with cylinder type machine – no beater bar.
Cleaning:
Professional clean only. Dry clean or cold water extraction.
