As well as an acclaimed artist, Jan-Erika has enjoyed a successful career as a classically trained concert cellist. Her work resonates with the ‚rhythm of the landscape,‘ drawing connections between the melodies of her cello and the strokes of her brush.
‚The Balearic Collection’, consists of four designs inspired by the diverse landscapes of Mallorca, from the golden coastal caves of Sa Calobra to the verdant greenery of Valldemossa. Jan Erika’s designs epitomise Jacaranda’s love for handmade textures, natural materials, and refined colour palette.
