Our TENCEL™ products carry a lifetime guarantee against moth damage. Our wool and wool blend carpets are guaranteed for 5 years against moth damage.
Please note that insect deterrent is via EU approved chemicals embedded in the carpet fibres during manufacture. They are designed to bond with the fibres, last the lifetime of the carpet and withstand cleaning. However, different professional cleaning companies employ different methods and if you choose to have any floorcovering containing wool wet cleaned, you must ask that company to apply anti-moth treatment after washing and to provide their own anti-moth guarantee. Failure to act on these notes will affect the warranty, which as a result, could be reduced or voided at Jacaranda’s sole discretion.
